The location worked well for us, with a supermarket right across the street and tram 42 about three minutes away. It takes around 12 minutes to reach the center. We loved the apartment: two big rooms, a lovely balcony, and a kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher. There’s also a safe, air conditioning, and an elevator in the building.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was very clean and full of natural light, with new furniture and appliances. It’s a lovely place right in the heart of the city.

The supermarket is just 100 meters away, and getting into the apartment with a code was easy. We found it very new and clean, just as the photos showed. The kitchen has Miele appliances, though the rest of the equipment is limited to basics. That worked fine for us, and salt and pepper were provided. The mattresses are on the soft side but comfortable. It’s a five-minute walk to the tram, then about 15 minutes to the city center and town hall. The subway is around a 10-minute walk away. A fantastic base for a short Vienna break, and I’d highly recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The landlord spoke to us in a rude, disrespectful way and asked us to leave before our stay was over. His tone was unpleasant and inappropriate. Rather than look for a solution, he confronted us, and it affected our whole stay. That kind of treatment of guests is unacceptable.
