Vienna Stay Apartment / Hotel 1050

For a few days, it works well and the price is good, though I thought it could be a little lower. The setup could use clothes hangers and ironing equipment, and there isn't a big bed, just two single beds pushed together. There's no room fragrance either.

Getting around was easy since the train station is nearby, and the staff were helpful when we had questions. We had a lovely stay. The room was warm, cozy, comfortable, and very clean.

The heat made this apartment impossible to stay in. It was nearly 40°C inside, the air conditioning didn't work, and after I contacted the host right away, there was no effective help. A technician came but couldn't fix it, so I had to leave that same day without using any of the facilities. I had booked two nights. More than a week later, the host still hadn't replied or taken responsibility. My refund request for the unused nights was rejected, even though the conditions meant I couldn't stay. I lost time and money. The host was unresponsive, and I wouldn't recommend this property for a summer stay.

We were on the 5th floor and had a lovely view from above, mostly rooftops and the road below. We were happy with it, though it may depend on what sort of view you like. We stayed December 4th to December 8th, using the room mainly to sleep and shower while we explored the city. It did the job, and I'd recommend it if you don't expect to spend much time indoors.
