The owner greeted us with a big smile, gave us a tour, and offered helpful advice. They were welcoming and easy to ask for anything. The apartment felt warm and homey as soon as we walked in. Its decor blends modern touches with old pieces, including a 100-year-old shelf, which the owner has carefully preserved while keeping the home clean. One of the greatest places!

We had really spacious, spotless rooms with everything we needed, including kitchen basics, tea, and coffee. They even made the bed during the day. Villa Kumpf is right by Stephansplatz, and we’d definitely come back. Highly appreciated and recommended!

The owner is a kind, approachable lady, and the apartment is beautifully put together. It’s an easy walk to the main strip and St Stephens. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, and there’s an elevator, which isn’t always a given in Wien apartment buildings.

The rooms are stylish and old fashioned, with comfortable beds. The lanes nearby are quiet and have small restaurants, and Stephan's Dome is close by. Recommended if you’re fine without hotel services.
