The staff were very helpful and provided everything, including paid parking permits. The apartments are excellent, fully equipped, and about 20 minutes from the city center. There's a kitchen with utensils and appliances, a coffee maker, and a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

The apartment was about 70 square meters, modern, spotless, and clearly well cared for. I stayed from April 24th to 26th, 2025, and felt welcome from the moment I checked in. They provided parking permits, plus sweets, two bottles of drinks, and coffee capsules. I’d happily book it again if I have more appointments in this part of Vienna, and can recommend it wholeheartedly.

The owners were so kind, helpful, and accommodating, and that made our visit even nicer. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and modern furniture that made it comfortable to stay in. We had a great time and will definitely return on our next Vienna trip. I highly recommend it.

Everything was ready for us, and nothing felt missing. The place was clean, fully equipped, and furnished with good taste, giving it a warm, welcoming feel. The owners were especially friendly and helpful, which added a lot to our stay. We’re grateful for their excellent service and would gladly recommend the apartment.

Apartment number 1 was spacious, with elegant furniture and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a small furnished garden. The neighborhood was very quiet, and services were nearby, with Bella supermarket just a short walk away. There was also a laundry room and a shower area stocked with towels and shampoo. The kitchen had a coffee machine and toaster, and the fridge was filled with drinks and snacks. Having air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room was a real plus, especially if you hit a heat wave. The only real difficulty was finding parking because of street maintenance. Apart from that, everything was wonderful.
