We came back for a second stay with our children, who were 6 and 9, and would happily recommend the apartment. It sits a few minutes by car from Wagrain, in a quiet, picturesque spot. Johanna and Wolfgang were welcoming and ready to help with questions before and during our visit. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed, and we could enjoy their beautiful garden. One evening they even invited us to join the family BBQ. Johanna sold us the Salzburgerland cards, which were worth the cost given how much there is to do nearby. There are lots of chairlifts and cable cars, with plenty for families to enjoy at the top.

We've spent our ski holidays at Appartement Genigau in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and plan to visit again soon. The hosts are very friendly, and the clean apartments have everything you need to feel at home. The ski areas are nearby, as is Wagrain Water World. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely sunny terrace right beside the living and sleeping area, which was especially nice in good weather. The apartment was clean, tidy, and fully equipped, and the hosts were very friendly. We stayed for a week of winter sports, with the Rote 8er, ski rental, an excellent restaurant and an après-ski bar less than a five-minute drive away. From that area, you can reach all of Wagrain-Flachau.

The young owners were friendly and very helpful, and we had a great week. The place is well set up for a winter sports stay, with an infrared sauna, a ski room, and a small sitting room downstairs. The garden and parking area were a bit cluttered, though they were working on it. The Red 8 lift is three minutes away by car, making it easy to explore the ski area, and both Wagrain and Flachau are easy to reach. The apartment is excellent and has everything needed for a good holiday. It's not very large, but four people can manage comfortably. The living room with the bed felt a little out of place, but it was fine. There's also a dining area with a TV in the kitchen.

The owners were so friendly and gave us great ideas for excursions and hikes. They also put on a barbecue once a week. We stayed for two weeks as a group of five and loved it. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished, and spacious enough for all five of us.
