Apartments Reiterbäck

The rooms were extremely noisy. From 6:30 am onward, we could hear everyone coming and going through the cheap doors to the hallway. On top of that, during our week there, workers started drilling in the hallway every day at 7:00 am. The white sheets were covered in black lint, and there were still hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. Reception was in a different building several doors away, where nobody spoke German or English. They tried to point out the parking lot with gestures, but it took us half an hour to find it. The parking was far from the guesthouse, so we had a long walk. NEVER AGAIN.

Our stay in apartment reiterhaus was really nice, everything worked out well. We were right in the center, beside the ski bus, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff are Danish and very, very service-minded. At the top, as we were, there are two bedrooms with double beds and another with bunk beds. You can also buy breakfast at Hotel Grafenwirt just around the corner. I’d definitely come back.

We had to find somewhere else to stay, even though we’d booked through Booking.com. There was nobody at reception, which was actually in another, deserted hotel. Avoid at all costs. Stay away!

The apartments were clean and the service was perfect. They even gave us free pool passes.
