Sonnenhof

We booked Sonnenhof mainly because the price was reasonable, but it turned out even better than we expected. The Austrian-style rooms were cozy, spotless, well equipped, and had modern bathrooms. They were cleaned regularly. The Fraulein was very sweet and welcoming, gave us useful tips about the neighbourhood and restaurants, and even let us use an unused room for free. Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was lovely. We’ll definitely go again!

The kaiserwinkl card came included, which was a big plus: it covered the bus and entry to hotel Bellevues beach and spa. The price was really good too. The place felt cozy and fresh, everything was clean and nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, and the lady who runs it was lovely. I can’t say anything bad about this place. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

We booked two family apartments for four adults and four children, one on the first floor and one on the second. Both were lovely. The second bedroom is in the lounge and kitchen area, which feels cozy, and we liked it. The bathroom is brand new and ultra modern, the Wi-Fi works well, and the staff are very friendly. Even with the very heavy snowfall, the location was great. The little town is quaint, it’s close to the lake, and there are lots of banks nearby. A great option for families on a budget.

The room was lovely, clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. My husband found the main road noisy, though I disagreed. I’d stay again without hesitation.
