The kids loved it, and we did too. The kids club puts on activities every weekday, so parents can relax in the wonderful spa. There's a family section and an adults only section, plus a heated outdoor pool and a small indoor pool for babies and toddlers. The food was tasty, healthy, and good value, and the afternoon cake and hot drinks were a lovely touch. I'm lactose intolerant, and they always had an alternative for me. The staff were kind and attentive from booking right through to departure, and made us feel very welcome. We don't speak German, so communicating was sometimes a bit tricky. Still, we'd highly recommend it and would love to come back next year. Thanks to all the staff!

We spent 10 days here in August, and the beautiful surroundings of the Weissensee really complete the picture. It's a fantastic hotel for young and old. The rooms are spacious and lovely, and the food was exceptionally tasty for both adults and children. The outdoor pool is beautiful and heated, and the adults have a wonderful wellness area. The children come first, though grown-ups are spoiled too. There's a good range of animation activities, mountain bikes can be rented at the hotel for a fair price, and the hotel also organizes trips. A great holiday is pretty much guaranteed.

We didn't stay long at Kreuzwirt hotel, but appreciated the place. It's modern and warm, with a wide, light-filled hall at the entrance. We'd been caught in a snowstorm on the pass while heading to Weißensee, and the people there were very kind and helped us out.
