The Winkler family's guesthouse has an unforgettable atmosphere, and we feel at home there. We’ve been coming with our big family every winter for more than 10 years, drawn by the National Park as well as the guesthouse. The apartments are always completely ready, comfortable, and suited to what we need. We love the homemade breakfast, sauna, excellent massages, and children's playroom. The Winkler family is so friendly, kind, and helpful, and they add something new each year, which we look forward to. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys skiing, cross-country skiing, skating, and a quiet, family-friendly place.

Breakfast made with homemade food is something we really enjoy, and the sauna and relaxing recliners have stunning views. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and I feel at home here. Our room is clean, comfortable, and very nice, with a lovely view from the balcony.

We came for hiking and nature, and the peaceful setting was just what we wanted. After a day outside, the modern sauna was a great place to relax. The welcome was warm, and the hosts were patient and helpful even though my German isn’t very good, which we really appreciated. We also got a room upgrade at check-in, a lovely surprise. It was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was a highlight, with local specialties, fresh ingredients, and enough variety to make each morning enjoyable. Some of it reminded me of my childhood. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Thanks to the hosts for making us feel at home.

The owners were always kind and ready to help, and we had a wonderful time at Weissensee. It’s peaceful and lovely for a proper rest, with the lake for swimming and plenty of options for cycling and mountain trips. The hotel is very well equipped, clean, and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was very good, and the service was friendly, with staff always smiling. I highly recommend it.

Weissensee is right across the street, so you can head straight to the water. The lakeside area is especially good for kids. It’s a great family-run place, with a very friendly host family.
