Haus Binter

There’s a drying room for skis and boots, and our room was cozy and clean, with a balcony that had its own charm. The bus stop right next door meant everything worked out perfectly. We got a pleasant welcome and excellent service, and the hosts helped us with everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious!

We all enjoyed our stay at Haus Binter and will book again next year. It was my first visit, but certainly not my last. The rooms were really lovely, the whole house very clean, and breakfast was plentiful and very good. When one of the three rooms had to be canceled, the charge was very fair. There was a heated room for skis, ice skates, ski boots and boots, plus plenty of parking. The bus stop was right next door, so we could leave the car parked.

It’s very quiet here, since the guesthouse is almost at the end of a cul-de-sac. There’s a private beach right by the house, like at almost all guesthouses and hotels on Lake Weissensee. They also offer drinks and light snacks. In the evenings, many guests sit together over a drink. The hosts are friendly, and I’d love to come back!

Breakfast is a real highlight, with something different each morning, from eggs and local bacon to regional specialties. The small guest menu is good too, and food and drinks cost less than at nearby restaurants. The hosts pay close attention to whether guests are happy. We have no complaints and always come here first when we vacation at Weißensee.
