Hilton Garden Inn Wiener Neustadt

We come back to this hotel every year on our Christmas trip, and we’ll return again. It’s cozy, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. There’s free street parking at the hotel, too. We stayed with our family and children on the night of December 27-28, 2025. The young man at reception was very friendly and polite, and gave us wonderful rooms. I wish I’d remembered his name so I could thank him personally. Breakfast was varied and lovely.

Breakfast had good choices, and the restaurant food was very good, though a bit pricey. The gym is well equipped and great for a workout. I found the rooms comfortable and the staff super friendly. I was here for business, and would make Hilton Wiener Neustadt my first choice again.

The hotel itself is new, modern, clean, and really nice. My issue was breakfast. I booked after reading reviews praising the vegan choices, but what was offered was much like a usual hotel breakfast: no plant yogurt, hummus or other spreads, oat milk, tofu scramble, or cheese and meat alternatives. The only fruit was melon. A very kind cook saved my day by bringing oat milk and hummus from the kitchen and making tofu with vegetables when I asked. I’m so grateful to him. He said the vegan section is bigger on weekends, but I wanted to mention this for anyone relying on a good vegan breakfast.

The location is handy if you’re travelling to Italy or southern Austria, and the parking is free and feels safe. I found the rooms spacious and clean, and breakfast was excellent. The restaurant staff were discreet but available when needed. Front desk service was both professional and friendly. Congratulations to the management and whole team. Keep up these standards.
