Winrooms Hotel Appartement

The staff at WinRooms were remarkably kind and dependable. I accidentally left my backpack behind after my stay, and through their effort and communication it made its way safely back to me in Poland, completely intact. I’m deeply grateful for the care they took. I spent one night there during a trip to break up a long drive instead of travelling through the night. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the fresh linens helped me relax after hours on the road. Having reception open 24 hours was a huge plus since I arrived late. WinRooms is clean and comfortable, and clearly run with care and integrity. Highly recommended!

The room was large, clean, and nice. There aren’t many services, but it’s an ideal place to stay while visiting the area.

The rooms are large and very comfortable, with nice, new furniture, and everything was very clean. One side of the hotel had rooms with radiators that didn’t work, and it was very cold. We were moved to a room on the other side, where it was warm, but then there was no hot water in the evening. We were offered yet another room. Be careful in winter, and check that the radiators work and hot water is available.

The food and its presentation deserve five stars. The food staff were efficient, cordial, and always looked after guests. Prices are good, the place is clean, and you can order half board with breakfast and dinner. The room had no air conditioning and only one wall plug. Housekeeping was really disappointing in my opinion: some days they cleaned my bathroom, and other days they relieved themselves in it. I’m not sure why that happened. They did very little to the room. Sorry, but the cleaning brings the rating down.
