We only meant to stop for one night, but ended up staying two on the “transit” pitch. At €39, the cheapest option seemed fair to us, and it still gave us access to the whole site, including the natural filter pool and ski facilities. You can pay more for a pitch on the site, of course, and you get what you pay for. There are loads of amenities, everything is immaculate, and Philip and his team are exceptional. I’d drive out of my way to come back for a few days, once the pool is a bit warmer.

The restaurant is lovely and affordable, and the swimming area is great for all ages. The pitches, though, seem designed for campers and caravans rather than tents. It’s almost impossible to get pegs into the ground, and some trees for shade would help. Reception closing at 16:00 also feels far too early to me.

A cool campsite with everything set up, whether you want a room or just to sleep in the parking lot. There are toilets and showers, plus a pool that’s like a pond. Reception seems to stay open until 19:00 or 20:00. You can email ahead to book a spot. I recommend it!

The owners were delightful, and they even lent me a towel when I’d forgotten mine. The facilities are extremely clean and look almost new. The shower rooms are warm, with a toilet and sink in every stall. This is a great campsite, highly recommended. 10/10, I’ll come again.

The campground is ideally placed for getting to smaller Austrian towns and the Alps. We’d accidentally booked a site for the wrong vehicle, but they still found us a great spot. Fillip was very kind and personally showed us around. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it.
