The view and kitchen were both nice. There’s no breakfast, and it’s a five-minute drive to a supermarket or restaurant, with the main road just a minute away. Recommended.

The host family was very friendly, and we felt comfortable here. The location is peaceful but still central for outings. The rooms look a bit old-fashioned, though they have everything you need. One small downside is how little soundproofing there is between the room doors and hallway. Every footstep and word comes through. Also, this is a small farm, so it won’t suit anyone who dislikes the sounds of the countryside.

The old church, where locals gather for Sunday services, the flowers on the balcony, the mix of old and new buildings, walks in the pine forest, and the farm animals all made this a lovely place to experience peaceful, orderly life. We spent five wonderful days at the Gapp guesthouse in Unterfeld, and everything surpassed my expectations: the welcoming hosts, location, cleanliness, and amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was Wi-Fi, a TV, and a radio. If we can, we’d love to come back! Family Stroie, Manuela and Iulian.
