The view over the ski slope is beautiful, and the apartment is brand new with a tidy, lovely finish. In the kitchen there's new equipment, including a microwave/oven, Bora hob, fridge-freezer, and cupboard coffee maker. Towels are provided, and the beds were good, though a little soft for me. There's a bread service, and the supermarket is less than a kilometer away. You're close to the bus stop and ski lift too. The managers were very friendly, and the team at Glennies' restaurant were attentive and helpful. I'd say it's 99% perfect. The one small thing missing was a cutting board in the kitchen. We'll let the managers know so they can sort it out for the next guests. From me, it's a 10.

The penthouse has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which worked well for families with older kids. Every room feels well equipped and luxurious, and the mountain scenery is lovely whichever way you look. In the center of Niederau, it's a great starting point for exploring Tyrol.

A real holiday feeling: we had all the space of an apartment without needing to cook. The morning bread delivery from the caretaker was fantastic, and Glennie's Resto downstairs is a great restaurant with takeaway available too. The apartment is stylish, well equipped, and right by the slopes.
