Roswitha was so kind and helpful, and made us feel at home while still providing a high standard of extra service. We had a wonderful family holiday here. I contacted the owner first by phone and then by email, and arranging the booking was easy and she was very accommodating. Breakfasts were generous, with lots to choose from, including homemade cakes. The house is modern, non-smoking, well maintained, and exceptionally clean, with ample parking and easy road access. The rooms aren’t large, but are nicely equipped with everything we needed: an en-suite bathroom and toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, balcony, and fast Wi-Fi. Guests can use the breakfast room next to the bedrooms at any time. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large table, chairs, and sofa. We often had it to ourselves, so I worked on my PC there and we spent family evenings in the room. There’s also ski storage, a special room with a heated ski-boot dryer, and a sauna with a relaxation area. The Lungau ski areas are an easy 10-minute drive away. Thanks, Roswitha, we’ll definitely return. I can highly recommend this place and its service.

I can only recommend staying here. I’ve never experienced hospitality that was so easygoing, considerate, and helpful. The holiday apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, and you’re always greeted warmly when you arrive. The mountain view in the morning is simply incredible.

The room was spotless and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. There was chocolate and sparkling wine waiting for us, and late check-in was no problem at all. Breakfast was the highlight: organic yogurt, homemade jam, honey from their own production, and free-range eggs from the farmer next door. The hostess was incredibly kind, and even let us take some food along for the day. Everything was perfect.

Roswitha is the warmest, most welcoming hostess. Her kindness feels completely genuine, and she made sure we felt looked after. She even called the neighboring inn to reserve us a table.

We only stayed one night while passing through, but the family was incredibly nice, the place was spotless, and breakfast was first class. I highly recommend this house. Six stars out of five from us, and we’ll definitely be back! 🤗👌
