Fortuna View - Superior Apartment E

The apartment has two levels, nice furniture, a terrace with a lake view, and a bidet shower. The kitchen has most things you'd need, but no freezer. It's a pity we only got a guest card, not the Zell am See summer card. The stairs aren't good for kids, and there's no way to deal with hot weather, even a fan would help. The rooms are small with no cabinets. The washing machine is shared, which wasn't clear in the description, and each wash costs 3€, with another 3€ for drying. Cleaning happens only after you leave, not during the stay. Some apartments are cleaned every 3 days, and we also had to ask for the trash to be taken away. Parking No 1 is poorly designed, especially for low cars. It damaged my car.

The flat looks like it should be a perfect holiday spot: it's high on the hill with a nice lake view, modern furniture, two levels, and free parking beside it. The bedrooms are downstairs, with the living room and kitchenette upstairs. But there was no cleaning service, AC, washing machine, or Zell Am See Summer Card. My low rating is mostly about how our stay was handled. We only learned a few hours before check-in that key collection was somewhere else. The office is down the hill, and parking there was hard to find. It was very hot during our stay, so I offered to buy standing ACs and let the team choose where to place them, then leave them for future guests. They refused. I also tried to find a compromise after just an hour, by leaving and getting a partial refund for our seven-night booking, but the staff wouldn't cooperate or accept any offer. One staff member was rude. I wouldn't recommend this place or the team managing it to family, friends, or anyone asking me for advice.

The chalet has a beautiful lake view, but it feels like some things in the apartment are broken or don't work properly. It needs more attention to the details and equipment.

The place is really worn and old. I'd avoid it if possible.
