The staff were very nice, and we’d certainly come back. We stayed eight days in the heart of Zell, with shops and restaurants all around. The gondola is a short walk away, and it’s easy to get around on foot, even to the nearby train station.

The pad Thai and spring rolls I just had may be the best I’ve ever tasted. Prices are definitely on the high side, but Zell is pricey in general, and I thought it was worth it. The service was great too.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, just came to the restaurant while visiting Zell am See, so this is about the food. It was so good, and the service so warm and impeccable, that we returned most days. It became our favourite restaurant in the area. The rigatoni with beef filet and cream of garlic soup are top picks. So are the burger, Vienna style salad, ribs and platter. You really can’t go wrong here, highly recommend it to visitors.
