The best surprise was the pleasant king-size bed, and its thick blanket helped keep us warm. The rest of the stay was awful. Check-in was meant to be at 15:30; we arrived at 15:35 with two pets that hadn't had anything to eat or drink, tired, and found the house filthy while two cleaners were still working. They said they needed another hour. I called the hotel and got essentially no response or apology, then we waited 90 minutes past check-in time. Later, when the manager changed, we got a couple of apologies and they came alone, but nothing more was done. The place was so cold that walking barefoot was impossible. Our dog and cat got sick despite wearing clothes the whole time. The shower-room ceiling was moldy, and hot or warm water in the sinks took about two minutes of running the cold water on the hottest setting. The bedroom sink was questionable too. Two beds had springs poking into you. The toilet had vomit on the wall, the toilet itself and underneath it, which made the cleaning obvious. A painting on the door wasn't centered. The wardrobe door fell off when I opened it, and paint was coming off the shower in places and cutting the skin. There was no tea or shoehorn.

For someone arriving for the first time in the dark and snow, the access instructions were a little hard to understand, so we needed help. The apartment is small, but well furnished and enough for two people. It's in a great spot in the city center, and the woman we were in touch with was nice and helpful.

We had the worst experience, and the apartment felt like it had no privacy. While we were out, someone went in, left shampoo and took the dishes. We'd already been given the key, so how could they enter? They were so rude. The sofa and bathroom smelled bad, and the furniture was old. I would never rent it again. This was the worst place I've stayed, and I won't let the experience go unpunished.

The apartment is in a good central spot, beside the train station. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a living room that could fit four people. The kitchen had all the appliances I needed. The washing machine was in the building's basement, behind a door with an unclear keypad; you had to enter the code to get into the laundry room. Using the machine also required putting money in.
