A wonderful place, tidy and spacious, with a great standard. You can walk to the lift.

We had a wonderful stay, and the key card entry with the key safe worked perfectly. The building has three beautifully renovated apartments. Ours had a slightly different layout from the photos we booked from, but it was just as well equipped. Inside, everything was tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, so we felt at ease. One room had an infrared sauna. There was strong Wi-Fi, a TV in each room, a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, dishes, glasses, cups, pots, a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, and more. The building also has storage for skis, snowboards, and ski boots, plus a separate garbage room. The access road is nearby, but we couldn’t hear it. It’s a 5-7 minute walk to the Areit cable car and (ski) bus/train station. There’s a supermarket across the street, a nice little pizzeria around the corner, and the "Kraxlerei" climbing and bouldering gym at Club Kitzsteinhorn is less than 100 meters away.
