The staff's friendliness and service made our stay worthwhile. The owner and manager is one of the most cheerful and friendly people I've ever met. The downstairs restaurant served good food, and the rooms were decent, with good beds. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel. We had a very good experience and I'd definitely recommend it. For your information, the basement disco was open only once during our stay, and the music didn't disturb us that night.

I've been a couple of times now, and I keep ordering the wienerschnitzel. It's so good! The food is very good in general, and the staff are super friendly. Great value for money, and I really recommend it to anyone who loves Austrian gemütlichkeit.

The location worked really well for us, right in the city center with the ski bus stopping outside and the lift only a 5-10 minute ride away. Staff were very friendly, and there’s a good restaurant downstairs. We stayed in the largest apartment for up to eight people. The bedrooms are roomy, though the living and kitchen area feels small by comparison and could use a refresh. There also weren’t enough pots and pans. The Wi-Fi could do with an upgrade. One handy extra: you can order breakfast rolls.

We had a lovely dinner here, with friendly, attentive service and food that came out quickly. We tried local dishes, Grostl and Spatzle, along with one of the specials, and everything was very tasty. We’ll definitely come back.

We had a bad experience with the hotel after force majeure circumstances meant we had to cancel our booking. The only cancellation arrangement we had with them was a 100 EUR deposit, but they charged us 80% of the accommodation cost. Other providers, including ski and car rental, refunded all our prepayments because of the same circumstances. Be careful when sharing your credit card details with the hotel.
