We spent a week at Tiroler Hof in February 2019 and came away very happy. The bus shuttle to Zillertal Arena stops right outside, and the small gym was a highlight for us, especially the free weights. The room was clean, the food was very good, and the staff were helpful and service minded. The spa was okay too. We’d gladly recommend a stay here.

The service was the big letdown: only two of the six reception and wait staff could just about speak English, the dinner menu was only in German, and the receptionist had a really poor attitude. The location was good, and the rooms were clean. I stayed for a week in February 2020 and found breakfast and dinner very good.

Dinner with friends turned into a frustrating wait. It took ages to order, we got the wrong drinks, and it was hard to get any waiter's attention.
