The cafe is lovely, and I’d recommend the included breakfast. There are also restaurants within walking distance, so you don’t have to eat in every day. I expected something more like a dorm, but it feels more like apartments, with a generous living area and lovely views. I’ll stay there on my next visit. Just check the accessibility when booking, as it isn’t entirely suitable for people with disabilities.

This was good value and well placed for exploring the sights around this lovely city. The suite was clean and well looked after, with a spacious living area, classic furniture, and plenty of cupboards and storage. The bathroom was roomy too, with a large walk-in shower, but ours smelled of urine, so we had to leave the window open.

Perfect place for a conference. The restaurant was superb, and the cafe was good, though bar service there was slow. Staff were helpful and it was easy to get around. The rooms had an old-world feel, simple but spacious and clean, with a very comfy bed, a nice treed view, and a great balcony.

The grounds are nice and it’s close enough to town. The rooms are really nice and spacious, though not fancy. The buildings are quite old, as are the bathroom and kitchen. Prices are very reasonable for what you get, and it’s not expensive. You’ll enjoy your stay if this is what you’re looking for.

There’s plenty of free parking after 5 pm and all day on weekends. Dining is in a classy heritage setting within a big university, with indoor or outdoor seating when the weather allows and cheaper options available. The wine selection is excellent. Formal top-end dining is also available, with excellent cuisine.
