It's clean and convenient, and Diaspora Cafe around the corner is excellent. The Earl Hotel also does a great burger. Just remember your room code if you need to pee in the small hours, and bring a shower gown because the facilities are shared.

I've stayed in plenty of budget hotels, but this was the worst. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I could feel the coils sticking out and hurting my back. The showers and bathrooms also had mould and hair, with black mould building up on the tiles. Budget accommodation should still be clean. A little investment could make for happier customers.
