Handy for restaurants, takeaway, and the RAH, which we needed to get to. Our downstairs executive apartment was clean and fresh, with enough comfortable beds and a nice area. The hot water was good. A tap over the kitchen sink kept dripping, and the table chairs were metal stools that could’ve been nicer. There also wasn’t a plug for the bathroom basin. Overall, a great motel.

I’m glad my family didn’t end up staying here. They had a booking and arrived, but the man cancelled it on the spot, saying my daughter was aggressive with her bags as she took them out of the Uber and put them down. She’d been very sick with the flu. He wasn’t even on site, just on the phone. He was rude and obnoxious, and the service was terrible. Don’t go here!

The room was spotless, just as described online, and the bed was comfortable. For a budget twin share room, it had all the essentials I needed: free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, microwave, TV, kettle, small table and chairs, and a heater. The bathroom, with its toilet and shower, was spotless too. I was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Before I arrived in Adelaide, I got a clear text explaining the contactless check-in steps, which were easy to follow. The location was great, and I’d recommend it to budget travellers stopping over for a short visit.

It’s not the best accommodation I’ve stayed at. For anyone doubting it, I booked under Jason Thomas and did stay there. Do you need me to mail a receipt? The 3.5-star rating is fair. Take the criticism or renovate and improve.

The front desk guy really made us feel welcome and at home, which helped my partner and me relax. The rooms were clean and the bed comfy. We stayed two nights and had a great experience. I’d recommend this place to friends and family.
