My wife and I felt unwelcome from the start at Hotel "Tiffins On The Park", where I stayed on the 28th of February 2015. One of the women working there, who I think may have been a manager, was extremely rude, and the service was terrible. The room itself was okay, nothing special, but her manner was unlike anything I’d experienced before. I was also required to pay for both nights upfront, even though they already had my credit card details. My wife and I found every interaction with her very poor. I wouldn’t recommend the place. There are better options in the same area, so look around.

The room photos are deceptive. The rooms are dated and not luxurious, and I can’t see where the four-star rating came from. This feels more like a motel and is worth about $89 a night at most. I also had my bed made with dirty sheets, so thanks to the cleaning staff for that. They charged me extra for "baby cot linen and towels", then didn’t leave the baby’s towels after the first room clean. I did NOT enjoy my stay.

It’s a fairly good hotel if all you need is somewhere clean and quiet without extras. Just be careful if you ask reception for an Italian restaurant suggestion. The guy sent me on a 10-minute walk to a place he described as "Napolese", but it was Nepalese, not Napolese. He didn’t seem to understand the difference.

I arrived and was given the wrong room, then got the wrong key when they moved me to the right one. During my four days there, the room wasn’t cleaned once. The breakfast menu they gave me was incorrect, the bathroom walls badly needed repair, and the restaurant was very expensive. I was very disappointed.
