Quest Mawson Lakes

The spacious rooms and living areas made Quest Mawson Lakes a comfortable option for our family’s longer stay. Its location was especially convenient for visiting family members studying at Parafield Airport. We also found the paid parking useful and reasonably priced, with easy lot access using the room card. The front desk and housekeeping teams were consistently kind and welcoming to international guests. There were a few things that could be better. In some room types, you can hear voices from the neighboring unit in the living room, though it’s much quieter in the bedroom. Street racing cars were audible at night through the windows. I also noticed the back door to the parking lot was often left ajar, and think securing it would make the building safer. The service around my booking meant a lot. I’d booked a non-refundable two-bedroom suite, but some family members couldn’t come because of unforeseen circumstances. The hotel generously let me get a refund without asking for extra documentation. That kindness made a difficult situation easier, and I’d recommend the hotel for its professionalism and empathy.
