The waitresses were quick and did a good job, but the meal quality was a letdown. None of the five of us enjoyed our food, and one person even felt very sick afterwards. It was a disappointing dinner with mates, and we won't be back.

The food was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and I had an enjoyable stay overall. The place gets quiet around 9:30, though, and the bar closes then. It's on a main road, so there is some traffic noise. McDonald's is across the road if that's your thing, but I didn't try breakfast there. The food I did have was good quality. My first room was large and had a spa bath with a shower. That sounds luxurious, but with my disability I couldn't get out of it, which was a nightmare. For someone able-bodied it would be lovely. They said all the disabled rooms had been taken, but moved me to a room with a walk-in shower when one became available. I would definitely recommend the location.

Sally, the events manager, deserves a special thank you. A space problem came up that wasn't her fault, and she went out of her way to sort it so our birthday party could go ahead smoothly. Maggie, Tessie and the other bar staff were lovely and served us promptly. Thanks for making our special night feel even more special 😘

We were a group of 21 for lunch on 12/1/26. The staff were lovely, but the meals were disappointing and overpriced. The fish was good, while the schnitzels were so overcooked they were nearly inedible, and the pizza was tough and not nice. When we booked, we were told there was a $24 seniors meal Monday to Thursday. We went on a Monday, but it wasn't available. We won't be returning.
