The cabin was cosy, beautifully presented and such a peaceful place to get away. We loved the wood heater and the little waterfall in the driveway, as well as the fluffy luxe rugs and thoughtful touches. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice surprise, and seeing the unique albino patty melons made the stay even more special. We had a wonderful time at Bruny Island Oceanfront Luxe and would absolutely return. Highly recommend.
This was our second stay at this lovely retreat. It’s right by a beautiful beach and near one of the island’s best walks, with total peace and quiet. We liked the furnishings and finishes, and the deck was great for a BBQ. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back. richard sandy
A beautiful cabin in a lovely spot, perfect for unwinding. There’s lots of wildlife around, including wallabies, White Furred Bennets Wallabies, echidnas, birds and more. The two-hour walk to the Fluted cape starts right at the doorstep.
We got a wonderful photo of an albino wallaby on the property, and spent a good 30 minutes with an echidna hanging out in the front yard. It’s a delightful place to stay, very private, clean and comfortable.
Bruny Island is a magic place, and Bruny Island Secrets Retreat is a great base for enjoying it. My wife and I have stayed in some amazing hotels and Airbnbs over the years, and this place is up there with the best. The build is high quality, with a great bed and bathroom, welcoming gifts, and a deck with a BBQ overlooking Adventure Bay.
