The location is quiet and feels safe, but walk in any direction and you seem to be somewhere. My Junior suite was spacious, with a high ceiling, a nice layout, thoughtful furnishings, and good soundproofing. The mattress and pillows were good quality, hot water was reliable, and WiFi was fast. The small kitchenette was well thought out and equipped. Cleaning staff were thorough and considerate of my belongings. Staff were helpful and polite, and the foyer coffee was reasonably priced and the best I had during my stay.

The rooms are very generous in size, with king beds and a kitchen. It’s a quiet spot close to broadway shopping centre, and the staff were nice. Check-in was easy. Just be aware there are no hotel amenities.

Aastha at the front desk was friendly, smiling, and hardworking. The building is old but has been remodeled as a hotel, and I stayed over a weekend on a quieter street with less traffic. There’s a shopping mall a few minutes away on foot, and the popular hay market and Chinatown are about a 15 minute walk. My room was big, with a kitchen, washer, and dryer in the unit. I’ll come back next time I’m in Sydney.

The bed was really comfortable, and I liked the service and lobby. The apartment wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, the sofa was defective, and it was missing a second bedside lamp and cushions for all the armchairs and sofa. Management offered a discount on a future stay instead of a partial refund.

Joel and Roie at the front desk were extremely nice and efficient. The rooms were clean and great, and the service was amazing. We loved our two weeks at this hotel. The bar had a great selection of drinks and coffee, and I really recommend staying here.
