The Beach House at Bayside

Daniel cooked a delicious breakfast, and we enjoyed a warming drink by the fire in the pretty lounge. When we arrived, Lisa gave us a warm welcome and showed us to a beautiful room. We'd highly recommend this fantastic holiday home.

Lisa and Christina, the duty managers, were attentive and helpful, and we were sent lots of useful information about the house and nearby restaurants before arriving. We stayed two nights in August, in room 5 upstairs. The room was comfortable, cosy and clean, with everything we needed. Parking is available and easy to reach from the main house. Cooked breakfast is offered, so check whether it's included in your rate. We especially liked the excellent muesli. This elegant countryside B&B is five minutes by car from Albany town centre, beside the Albany Golf Course, in a small enclave of luxury countryside beach houses near Middlenton beach, a few kilometres northeast of Albany in the Collingwood park area. A very good base for exploring the area, with the town centre around 5-10 minutes away by car.

We stayed from 16-19 May 2025 and were very happy with the whole experience. The apartment was a lovely surprise when we arrived, and a complimentary port was waiting for us after a long adventure. The breakfast was superb, and the service was brilliant. Staff were friendly, everything was very clean and quiet, and the laundry facilities were convenient. Good price too. Absolutely recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

The manager was a legend, with great insider tips and lots of care for us. We slept so well in the comfortable rooms, and the comforting breakfast came with excellent coffee. The place is quaint and charming, in a location that's convenient but still peaceful. Loved the stay and can't wait to come back.
