We had everything we needed for five nights, including our own laundry, and the apartment was clean and comfortable overall. Some parts of the one-bed apartment looked a little tired, but the staff were all exceptionally pleasant and helpful. It felt very safe and secure, and worked perfectly for self-catering in Alice Springs.

The staff were great and the rooms were cleaned daily, but the rooms need upgrading. The queen mattress looked about 20 years old, was torn to shreds and stained, and had only a single ? underlay over it. The double ? sheets couldn’t be tucked in, so by morning I was sleeping on the filthy mattress. I have photos to show what I mean. The pool could use some TLC too.

After five days exploring amazing gorges, having access to laundry was great. The room was nice, and reception staff were really helpful with recommendations for where to eat. We had great food at an Indian/Thai restaurant. One staff member was also there at 7.30 to guide us into the locked overflow parking area. That’s really good service.

I was here for a 12-day work trip and really enjoyed it. The place was safe, secure and wonderfully quiet, with spotless rooms, fast unlimited WiFi and incredibly friendly, accommodating staff. Any issue I had was sorted quickly and efficiently. It’s a bit far from town if you don’t have a vehicle, but I loved my stay and will definitely return.

The one-bedroom apartment was big, but the room needs updating. I’d like a bigger TV and the bath and shower combo replaced. Double-glazed windows in the bedroom would also help, since you can hear cars when you’re trying to sleep.
