The staff were welcoming and friendly, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and convenient parking. Our room was clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches and great amenities. Bay views and the seaside atmosphere added a special charm. The location was excellent for exploring the Great Ocean Road area, with the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops all a short walk away. It would work well for a romantic getaway or as a base for exploring the region. Highly recommend Captain’s at the Bay in Apollo Bay.

The room was good quality, and the whole place felt comfortable and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay at Captain’s at the Bay special. I even left a T-shirt behind after checking out, and the team found it and arranged to send it back. I’m so thankful for their thoughtful service. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Apollo Bay!

We’d definitely stay again when passing through. The location was really convenient, close to the water and lovely nature walks, making it a perfect stopover. Our host was warm and accommodating, and the cosy room had everything we needed. Special thanks for recommending Shelter for breakfast, they were fantastic!
