The apartment had partial ocean views, just as described when we booked, and was an easy walk to the beach and main town centre. We stayed three nights at the Dolphin Apartments and found it as described, with everything we needed. The large dining and living area and two decent bedrooms with comfy king-sized beds worked perfectly for our family of four. After traveling for a few weeks, I appreciated having a washing machine, powder and dryer inside the apartment. There are on-site BBQ facilities and parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The apartment was cosy, clean and nicely presented, with everything well maintained and thoughtfully set up. We found it comfortable from the moment we arrived. Its location made it easy to get around and explore nearby places. We had a really great stay and would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our overnight stop during the Great Ocean Road drive. The large two-bedroom apartment was nicely prepared and fully equipped with everything provided. The beautiful beach along Great Ocean Road is less than a five-minute walk away. Restaurants are about a ten-minute walk or a one-minute drive.

Please beware of what I consider a scam at Dolphin apartment. We stayed from 22 Jan2026 to 25 Jan 2026, and were charged an extra $250 for an additional guest. The guest was our 2-year-old child. What's going on with Booking.com? I booked for 2 adults and 3 kids, and have a screenshot. We were also charged for a deep clean. My wife and I made sure every room was clean and the rubbish was removed. Jacob from Dolphin apartment txt message: “Our cleaning team found rubbish under virtually every object, including beds and couches, requiring all furniture to be moved and cleaned to maintain out high standards.” We left the apartment tidy, clean and free of rubbish, so this feels like an absolute scam. In room 10, the shower leaks, so watch your step or you could end up in hospital after slipping on the bathroom floor. The second toilet doesn't work properly either, meaning you have to flush twice. SCAM*************************

We loved the ocean views and being so close to the beach and shops during our three-night stay at Dolphin. It was an amazing experience, and we really liked the apartment. Paul and Diane, the owners, were so nice and helpful from the start. Paul even carried our bags up the stairs. Thanks again to you both.
