The covered areas meant to keep long-term campers dry didn't do the job. Our tent was soaked almost every morning. We also found the staff's manner very disrespectful. One evening, after working nine hours, we parked near the kitchen because it was raining and our tent was on the other side of the campsite. We didn't park there again the next day. We only stopped briefly to grab a power bank and leave, but a staff member still yelled at us rudely. My boyfriend and I work nearby and needed a place for at least two months, possibly longer. We asked about a long-stay discount, but were told rates change from day to day. The price offered was extremely high, with almost no difference between a powered and unpowered site. It made little sense to me, especially after I'd paid much less for a few nights at other nearby campsites. For the price, the service wasn't there, and I wouldn't recommend this campsite.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. When our first cabin at NRMA Atherton Tablelands Caravan Park had ants and felt dirty, they kindly moved us to another one without any fuss, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second cabin was only a little better and still noticeably unclean. There was grime and marks on the walls and doors, dirt along the skirting boards, buildup around the bathroom fittings, and visible dust and mould on the ceiling fan and curtains. It seemed like the cabin hadn't had a proper deep clean in a while. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and it wasn't met on our stay. Better housekeeping and attention to detail could make this a great place, but it fell short for us.

A quiet, relaxed spot. We had a roomy, clean family ensuite villa with everything we needed. The heated pool was a nice surprise, and the BBQ area was well kept.

The staff at this little park in Atherton were wonderful, and I can't thank them enough for helping guide us as we reversed our van onto the site. They were friendly and welcoming, always busy around the park. The amenities, laundry and camp kitchen were clean, and the price was good.
