The pool was clean and lovely to use, and they made our bed every day. We had a nice, comfortable stay overall. The vanity was so small that brushing my teeth and washing my face felt awkward. The air conditioning also blew straight at the bed, which wasn't ideal.

We were only passing through this time, but I'd happily stay for longer. The two-bedroom unit felt airy and roomy, and was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The location was quiet, and the welcome was friendly and accommodating despite our late arrival.

The rooms and grounds were spotless and very well cared for. Facilities were basic, with a pool, barbecue area and table tennis. The bitumen entrance changes to gravel for the drive and parking by the rooms, where there are several big potholes. That was an unexpected feature. We also got an early wake-up on Thursday from the Toyota service centre next door. I've stayed in several Ballina motels, and for me, this was too expensive for what we got.

Easy to find, with a great location for the places in town we needed. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms clean. Our two-bedroom self-contained unit was great value for an overnight stop.

The welcome was friendly, the room was nice, the bed comfortable and the shower great. But some guests had no courtesy or common sense about other people. It was so noisy that sleeping was impossible.
