We decided on the spur of the moment to stay in Ballina after lunch with friends, and I'm so glad we did. Our King Corner room was spacious and beautifully presented, with lovely linen and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff were amazing, and breakfast far exceeded what we'd expected. Highly recommend “The Manor” if you need a place to stay in Ballina. We'll be back, thank you 🙏

Breakfast was included and beautiful, served in a really relaxing atmosphere. We stayed a night on the way to Noosa, and the hotel was lovely and close to the town centre. We arrived a little before check-in, but the lady told me the room would be ready shortly and sent a message soon after to let us know. She was great to deal with, easy to chat to at checkout the next day, and had good dinner recommendations when I asked about Sunday night options. Many thanks.

Free ebike hire was a nice extra. We stayed three nights and were very impressed with the Manor Boutique hotel. The building is beautiful, with spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff welcomed us warmly on arrival and were attentive throughout. Breakfasts were fresh, healthy and delicious.

The breakfast was included, and we loved it. Check-in was easy, and the service was friendly and fabulous. The building and rooms are gorgeous. It's central but just far enough from the hubbub. We'll definitely return and highly recommend it.

The pool was dirty and clearly not properly maintained, which was unacceptable. Breakfast was also a disappointment, with basic options, small servings and poor organisation. It was nowhere near the standard for the price, and not something to look forward to. The hotel felt tired, poorly managed and overpriced for what you actually get. It didn't live up to its reputation at all. Based on this stay, I wouldn't return and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
