Rachel at reception deserves a special mention. I arrived needing an emergency dentist after knocking out my front tooth, and felt embarrassed asking for help. Within two hours, Rachel had me in the dentist’s chair in Lennox Head. I’m so grateful for that superb service. We spent five nights in Room 504 (top pethouse), which was beautiful and clean, with a two-sided patio looking over the sea and river. The sunsets were wonderful, and the beds and pillows meant I slept extremely well. Parking is secure. I accidentally left my keys on my bike seat overnight and nothing was taken. I gave the location four stars only because there wasn’t a cafe close enough to walk to for coffee. Would we stay again? For sure.

We stayed 4-5 nights with a bunch of motorcycle friends, and it felt like a mini home. The balcony view was beautiful, the place was tidy and very nice, and the staff were extremely helpful. Great location. I’d happily stay there for longer. Highly recommended.

We ordered groceries online from Coles and weren’t sure we’d be there to receive them. The team offered to bring the order up and put it away, which was so helpful. The manager also got our check-in done quickly. We had Room 701 and it was GORGEOUS, with sensational views and spacious exterior balconies. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and the linen and towels were fresh.

The apartment had comfortable beds, and we loved the double shower and spa bath. The views were wonderful, and the owner was always available with friendly, accommodating service. It’s motorcycle friendly too.

I enjoyed evening walks on the beach during this work trip. Grandview Apartments is such a lovely place, and I’ll definitely return. This time I stayed on level 1, facing Shaws Bay, and watched spectacular sunsets from the balcony. Check-in was easy with the key safe, parking underneath was secure, and the comfortable bed and room had everything I needed.
