The pool was our favourite, sparkling in the sun with green gardens and countryside all around. We swam every day. Inside, the modern kitchen was spacious and stocked with heaps of dishes, utensils, appliances and basics like oil, salt and pepper. The couches were comfy, and the TV unit had DVDs and games for rainy days. I also loved the luxurious bathtub and the rain shower. The master bedroom was beautifully decorated, and the king bed was among the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Serendipity on Barrington was just what I needed after a crazy year: I spent a week unwinding in its peaceful setting, with the general store a short walk away and Gloucester less than ten minutes by car. The tiles throughout and air conditioning were especially appreciated on warmer days. Thanks for creating and sharing such a lovely place.

The whole home has three roomy bedrooms, a large living area and a full kitchen, plus a pool, BBQ area, laundry and a big grassy space to relax under a tree with a glass of Gloucester River Wine. It’s a private country property with all the comforts of home, right in Barrington on a large corner block. The General Store is just metres away, and Woolworths and IGA are a short drive. Gloucester’s town centre is only minutes away. A real piece of heaven.

The house is huge, so there was loads of room and privacy for us as a couple, though it could easily fit a family or two couples. It was well equipped, and we appreciated thoughtful extras like the condiments and spices. A perfect base for exploring the beautiful Gloucester and Barrington Tops area. Highly recommended!
