We had a relaxing view of the bay from our pier-front room, with boats, jet skis, seagulls and pelicans outside. The room was spacious and clean, decorated in a coastal style, and the bathroom was well maintained. Complimentary tea and coffee, a milk frother and essential toiletries were appreciated. The location made it easy to walk to most restaurants, a sports bar/pub, the shopping mall and McDonald’s. Indian and Australian fine-dining options were nearby as well. A great hotel in a fantastic spot, and we'd happily stay again.

Alison went out of her way to find us a room after hours when we urgently needed one, following an issue with our AirBNB after a long drive. She was empathetic to our situation, and we're incredibly grateful. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and welcoming, with a magnificent view in a beautiful area. This is a beautiful boutique hotel, and I highly recommend it. Our only regret is that we didn't book here to begin with for our mini-vacation. If we're in the area again, we'll absolutely stay here. Thank you so much, Alison!

The host was lovely and really caring. We had entrance room 3, which was a little loud and looked out at the parking space, probably a matter of the price. Still, the place was nice and they looked after us. Lilli Pilli was a great beach spot and felt safe for swimming. The town wasn't very good, though. It was dirty, seemed like nobody cared, and there were maybe one or two places to eat. So, we won't return.

Bay. Boutique looked after us so well. We arrived to champagne and a hamper with local jams, fresh bread, home made muesli and fresh bananas, all divine. The service and attention to detail were incredible. We stayed two nights in the beautiful penthouse apartment, with absolute ocean-front views. It felt like a lighthouse keeper's house, with uninterrupted views and incredibly modern furnishings. You do tourism so well!

The water view from our beautiful room was incredible, and we felt well looked after from the moment we arrived. Deanne, thank you for your kindness, professionalism and care. It made all the difference. Our stay was perfect, and we can't wait to return.
