The room was sparkling clean and tidy, with a big shower and separate toilet. We paid $152 for the night. We found the best price by searching on Google map app and booking through Agoda, instead of being logged into the Agoda app. What a needless hassle. The onsite Thai restaurant had excellent takeaway delivered to our room, though there was some noise early in the night from people coming and going. Keep in mind rooms aren’t serviced daily if you stay more than one night.

The room was large, clean and modern, and the hotel is handy for town, the beaches and the music festival we were attending. The staff and owners were amazing. Check-in was seamless, and when our taxi didn’t arrive, they helped us get where we needed to go. We stayed one night and would highly recommend the place.

We had plenty of space for our family of four in the family room, which had a separate bedroom with two single beds. The linen was fresh and everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. Each room has complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee, and pods for the Nespresso machine. Quays Hotel gives you five-star rooms in a motel setup. It’s across the road from the marina and JJs restaurant. If you’d rather stay in, Quay has a Thai restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Recommended.

The sunrise in front of the hotel was gorgeous, and it was easy to get anywhere from this location. We stayed one night in a huge, clean room. Nicole was the GOAT, so friendly and polite, and helped us with travel ideas. She really knew Batemans Bay!

I’m sorry I didn’t get to stay at the hotel. I had to cancel a couple of days before check-in, within the period where I would lose the first night’s price. The hotel kindly waived the cancellation fee when I asked, even though they were booked out for my new trip dates. They were friendly and gave great service through both booking and cancelling. I’ll definitely book again in the future.
