The location beside the water was great for a stroll, with a restaurant, police station and hospital nearby. It felt secure and was worth the money. The staff were nice and kept to themselves. The bed was comfortable, though it was two single beds pushed together, and there were loads of cosy pillows to choose from, or toss on the floor. The blankets were warm. The balcony had a decent view of street life. The shower water seemed like hard water or something, and the only sink was in the bathroom, so I had to use it to fill the kettle. There wasn’t a coffee table for eating.

Our first time in Batemans Bay, and the place felt like a home away from home. The king room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view and a really comfy bed. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Parking was a little limited, though the spaces were wide and made it easy to load and unload the car. The location was fantastic, close to everything, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite facing a busy street. It was super clean and seemed recently renovated, with a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Really nothing to complain about, and I’ll definitely come back.

On a recent work trip, the bay views and modern refurbishment made this a perfect place to stay. The room had what I needed as a business traveller, including a desk, plus a comfortable armchair to relax in. The views across the bay were great.
