No 1 In Hastings Street

The complex has a lovely pool, and the management were obliging and easy to communicate with throughout the week. Our apartment was amazing. No 1 Hasting Park is about 100 metres from Hasting St, which was great with kids since we didn’t need the car. We’ll definitely stay again!

We’ve holidayed in Noosa since 1979, and have rented apartments in NO 1 for the past 25 years. We’ve stayed in different ones over that time and watched many get refurbished. There’s a lot that keeps bringing us back to this premier building. The views are undoubtedly the best in Noosa. Most apartments look across Noosa’s main beach, the Northern beaches, hinterland, and river, with views stretching about 270 degrees. The sunsets are magical every night. Hastings St, shops, and restaurants are close, and the beach is a one-minute walk away. Each apartment has its own layout, and they’re all kept in beautiful condition. Staff check every room just before guests arrive, and the rooms are immaculate. We’ve stayed in Penthouses 24, 23, Alexandria Suite, 16, 20, 15, 12, 10, and 8. Penthouse 24 is no longer on the rental market, but was immaculately appointed. Alexandria Suite is magnificently appointed, has some of Noosa’s best views, and now has 4 BEDROOMS, a huge bonus in Noosa. 23 has amazing views and is being completely refubished. 20 isn’t the most modern in the block, but has sensational views and is super comfy and well kept. With 15, I can tell the owners love and care for their apartment, the personal touches are amazing. 12 is newly renovated with lovely styling. 10 has a trendy, simple, effective open plan. 8 has a good fit out, amazing kitchen, and great views. Penthouse 16 spans 3 levels and is fantastic, well appointed, with a huge entertaining balcony. Housekeeping staff are a delight. They make everything beautiful for your arrival, even leaving sweet biscuits in the fridge, which my children loved. The managers, Kerry & Glenn, are attentive and helpful. They’ve supplied beach towels when we forgot ours, and Ms. Kerry once let our children back in after they locked themselves out at 7pm. Outstanding service! We love that Glenn and Kerry have been here so many years. They’re devoted, a credit to NO1, and welcome everyone to reception with a happy smile. Apt 14 had a fantastic view, and the apartments were lovely. Great location, close to the shops, beach, and National Park. Would definitely recommend.

Omg, the views here are beautiful and there’s a nice pool for kids. Hastings Street and the beach are only a 100 meter walk away. Prime location, and I really recommend it.
