Treehaven Tourist Park

The owners were so rude. The cleaning ladies were amazing, though one of them doesn't understand English. I had to bring in my own cleaner to clean the room. I had to leave with my two little kids and leave my two older kids there with their dad, because my five-year-old son is level 3 autistic and has other additional needs. Even after spending over $1,400 for two weeks, they still wanted money for stains on the towels. When they find out where you're staying next, they'll slander your name to the next people. If you have kids with additional needs, PLEASE DON'T STAY THERE.

The cabins were clean and had air conditioning, a TV and a full-size fridge. It's a great location near shops, clubs and tourist attractions, and the staff were friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. I left an item behind in my cabin, and they found it and sent it back to my home address.

Clean and updated, and it worked well for our one-night stopover. It's close to amenities, though right on the main highway. The rooms can get really hot in summer. The air con helps, but it's in the living room.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The wi fi was great. Only issue was poor TV reception.
