The view, the clean rooms and the service were all fantastic. They also provide snorkel gear, beach towels and paddle boards for free use. Rachel at reception went out of her way to make our stay A+++. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars. We’ll be back.

This is a gorgeous place, the rooms are amazingly clean, and Rachel handled a difficult situation so well. My partner and I were checking in while she was on a call with someone who was clearly screaming at her. She seemed upset, and I felt awful that anyone had spoken to her that way. I work in hospitality, so I really sympathised with what she was dealing with, and with the review that came afterwards. Even so, Rachel carried on with our booking. We were arriving late, but she met us at the resort, suggested places to eat, showed us the free snorkels and other equipment, and gave us beach towels. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

The rooms were spotless, tidy and had good facilities, so we felt right at home. The staff were genuinely lovely and very helpful, doing more than expected to make our stay comfortable. The location is excellent for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. A relaxing, enjoyable getaway, highly recommended.

The beach resort has stunning views to wake up to each morning. Booking and check-in were the easiest I’ve dealt with in ages, thanks to manager Rachel. She handled all our requests kindly and didn’t leave us waiting around. It’s not every day you find a professional, friendly manager who’s willing to help with all our questions about Bowen, especially in peak season, even when we were probably being a bit annoying. Rachel made an already special trip even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely come back.
