We were between rental houses in Brisbane and stayed here for a couple of weeks. As a family of six, we found the older house roomy enough, and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, even with a waffle maker, and there were books, DVDs, a dishwasher, washing machine, and cleaning supplies. It was very clean, with comfortable furniture. The mattresses and sheets seemed quite new to me. The location suited us perfectly: no road noise, walking distance to several bus routes, the local IGA, and some cafés. There was off-street parking in the driveway, with enough space for our trailer. The house got nice breezes and had ceiling fans plus air-conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, so we could stay cool even in hotter months. Clint responded quickly to my questions. For the price, the value was excellent. There aren't many houses in this lower price range like it. I'd happily return and recommend it to friends and visitors.
