The room was a good size, with a great shower and an optional stool, and the bedding felt fresh and very comfortable. There was even a waterproof mattress protector. Breakfast was generous and they catered for dietary restrictions, and parking was on site. The owners were lovely and everything was beautifully presented. I can’t fault it. I’d happily come back to Canberra, especially with my child who has additional needs. Highly recommend.

It was quiet at night even though shops and local attractions were an easy walk away. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the place was toasty warm. The hosts were friendly and happy to help with anything. Breakfast in the morning was either a full continental spread or cereal. Had a great time at this cute little bed and breakfast, highly recommend.

The house was spotless but still felt homely, with lovely decor, a warm room, comfy bed, working TV, and a big shower and bathroom. Pete & Chloe welcomed me as soon as I knocked and gave me tips on local sightseeing and getting around. I was travelling through and stayed for two nights. I’d happily stay again next time I pass through, and highly recommend it.

The hotel owner’s response about my cancelled booking is inaccurate. They advertise as pet friendly, but when I told them I’d be travelling with a puppy for just one night, they said they wouldn’t accommodate me. A puppy isn’t the size of a pony, and their pet policy doesn’t feel friendly at all. They shouldn’t advertise it that way.

The decor reminded me of my grandma’s house, which felt really nostalgic. It was warm, cosy and luxurious, and the fluffy bathrobes were a lovely extra. The host was happy to help with anything. I’ll be back.
