Airtrip Apartment on Manning St

I’m in Brisbane often for work and always book with Airtrip Short-Term. In the last year I’ve stayed in seven of their South Bank apartments, and they’ve ranged from excellent to spectacular. V and the short-term rental team are quick to respond and helpful with questions or requests. Highly recommend them for a Brisbane stay.

Airtrip gave us good service and clear information, but the apartment itself was in terrible shape. Dust was everywhere, and the cupboard had a dirty, mouldy blanket and an old bed cover shoved inside. The bed felt about 10 years old, with an uneven surface and springs pressing through wherever I lay. One of the mirrored sliding cupboard doors was broken and missing. For what we paid, we could have stayed somewhere like mantra and gotten a clean room with things in working order and a decent bed. They shouldn’t rent rooms in this condition.

The view was amazing, and the apartment made it easy to walk everywhere, which helped with all the roadworks nearby. It was just right for a visit with my grandson, who was over from NZ. I’d recommend it for Southbank, the Performing Arts Centre, museums, galleries, and shopping. Thanks to Airtrip for helping make the stay such a success.
