We missed our flight and managed to book three rooms at very short notice. The bed in my room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and there were no odd smells or itchiness. The shower and toilet shared one cramped room. Water pressure was strong enough that I had to turn it down so it wouldn’t sting, haha. One thing to know: you can’t arrive before the check-in time on your booking. It’s self check-in with no staff on site, and you can’t enter the building until you get the message with your access pincodes, which only comes a few minutes before check-in.

Good value for money, with restaurants and shops close by. The reception team were friendly and the room was very clean. The pool looked nice, though we didn’t use it. My only room complaint is that the mattress was a bit too firm for me; I’d rate that part 3/5.

The bed was rock hard. I couldn’t sleep and left at 3am, deciding I’d rather spend five extra hours at the airport than stay in it. The WiFi password in the email was wrong, though the one in the room worked. At least there were no bedbugs. The walls were chipped, the robe was stuck and wouldn’t open the second door, and the shower’s half wall meant it flooded the whole bathroom.

We were very happy with the room and the restaurant food was excellent. Luckily someone was at the desk when we arrived, because the room code hadn’t come through to my phone.

The room was comfortable and the pool was excellent, but the service was almost nonexistent. It took multiple phone calls and emails before I got the code to enter the room. Two other people there asked how we’d managed to get in because they were struggling too, so this seems to be a wider problem. When I did receive email replies, they were polite. If someone could help when you call, this would be a great place.
