The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, with urine still around the bowl and seat from the previous occupants. Even so, we'd come back and recommend the place. It's a lovely spot for a family stay, with spacious rooms that were very quiet despite being next to the freeway. The bus station right next door saved us a lot of time and money.

We were in town for the National Futsal tournament and asked for a later checkout after our team advanced further. The staff had no problem arranging it. When we arrived, they had also upgraded us to a two-bedroom cabin so we could be closer to our futsal team. The cabin was neat, very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the start, especially the man who helped secure our booking. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

There are lots of accommodation options here, from camping and motor home spots to caravans, trailers, cabins and villas. Some cabins have shared bathrooms, and others are ensuite. The place is clean and tidy, with games, pools, BBQs, mini golf, vending machines and several bathroom blocks. Laundry access is good, and locals don't mind you using the facilities as long as you clean up after yourself. It's close to the major shopping centre at mount Gravatt, with all the cool stores. When I was living in my van, I regularly showered and did laundry here without any issues. :)

The facilities at this campsite are very good, but our experience was disappointing. We left our shower and beach towels in the designated drying area next to the bathrooms. When we came back to shower in the morning, every towel was gone. It seemed someone had decided to take them, and now we have to buy replacements. We reported it at reception. We understand the campsite isn't directly responsible for another guest's behaviour, but nobody offered a solution. They said they couldn't provide replacement towels or a discount or compensation for the night we'd already paid for. There are no security cameras or other supervision in that area, even though it's meant to be safe for leaving belongings. The worst part was the lack of empathy. Staff just repeated that it wasn't their responsibility and said they were sorry, without trying to help or suggest an alternative. The customer service was very disappointing.
